Hello there! 👋🏿👋🏽👋🏻

My name is Sean. My goal in creating this space is to invest in leaders to help them draw near to Jesus and grow like Him for the sake of the world.

Far too often, leaders end up falling way short of what they hoped they would be. Despite their best intentions, they often get tripped up and get stuck. In ministry in particular, there’s a Duke study that mentions that 85% of pastors will no longer be in ministry after 5 years. What if this statistic was reversed? Imagine what the world could look like if leaders were able to overcome the obstacles in front of them and truly go as far as they hoped.

That’s what this space is all about. I am pouring out my life and experiences (including my mistakes) to allow leaders to be able to overcome what’s in front of them and often allow God to go deeper with them for them to go far. Through coaching, speaking, and creating resources, I hope that we can have leaders draw near to Jesus and grow like Him to help transform the world around us. Let’s all look to dive into what God has for us to see truly what God wants to do in and through us.

Just to share a little bit about me, I currently live in Cincinnati 👑 with my wife Ashlyn 👩🏽, my son Makai 👦🏼, and our dog Knox 🐶. I love making and drinking coffee and espresso ☕️, riding my road bike 🚴🏽‍♂️ or running 🏃🏽‍♂️, reading 📚, exploring new places 🧭, and enjoying ice cream 🍨. I strive to be led by my values, of being humble & hungry, courageous & vulnerable, and generous & faithful. I hope to connect with you soon!
